All orders placed before midday on a working day are usually shipped that same day, otherwise will be shipped the next working day. All shortages or damaged goods must be notified to Foerster Business Solutions Limited within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Please note that any orders for Company Specific products cannot be refunded due to the nature of the product. For example this can include but is not limited to Company Seals and Brass Name Plates. Damaged goods of this nature will be replaced like for like. Refunds are offered at the discretion of the Foerster Business Solutions Limited management.
