From October £2008 all Ltd companies are required to appoint at least one named director, the use of our nominee in this position comes with huge risks which is reflected in the higher cost than our corporate director. We will assign a named nominee director to your business for a period of 6 months. This person is appointed in a administrative capacity only role and takes no part in the functionality, running or finances of the company. Total cost 6 year £450 + VAT. thereafter £250 + VAT per 6 months, no notice required to cancel. Note there is a document signing fee of £10 per request (not per item).
